All the spaces in the property enjoy natural light, which can be precisely controlled by fully automated, adjustable and directional blinds fitted into each window. At night, the house is lit by a combination of cozy ambient lights.
The landscaping of the communal zones is designed by Isabel Duprat, who proposed a strong contrast between the dry landscapes of the communal areas and the gentler landscaping of the interior gardens.

All the switches in the property are multifunctional and programmable, so everything can be regulated, from the blinds to switching off the lights, turning on the extractor fan or adjusting the temperature of each room as required. No more carrying keys. The latest-generation biometric technology we have installed recognizes different heat points in the fingertips, and encrypts them in a personal code that then allows access to your house – for you and whoever you wish, making lost keys a thing of the past.
