This outstanding building, which enjoys close proximity to Madrid thanks to the A6 highway, is a highly representative and impressive image of the brand.
Situated between the Zarzuela Hippodrome and Aravaca, this building features exposed concrete with vast expanses of glass. The windows reach from floor to ceiling, giving wide open views and wonderful vistas over the city skyline, El Pardo and the Madrid mountains.
Every floor has an exterior aspect, meaning that all workstations benefit from natural light. The quality of light, quiet, and high levels of comfort and security are ever-present features, from the lobby to the rooftop, including all four floors of offices.
The building includes green areas with seating, colonnades and walkways covering more than 3,500 sqm, which also serve to minimize any noise from the nearby A6 highway. The landscaping was designed by Isabel Duprat.
It also features a natural eco-friendly swimming pool, with bio-filters that avoid the need to use chlorine. In addition, the abundance of nature which surrounds the facilities can help to reduce tiredness levels, work-related illnesses and stress, and increase work productivity by 15 percent.
The building also offers access to a car park by a numberplate reader and 24-hour security with perimeter alarms and optical and thermal cameras. In addition, access by biometric fingerprint security throughout the premises makes the use of keys obsolete. The A6 HQ Offices have two access routes: one via the service road from the A6 in the direction of A Coruña (avoiding the initial tailbacks on this route) and the other via Calle Evangelina Sobredo Galanes from Aravaca.
The building has been granted pre-certification status by two bodies with the highest international standards – Leed Platinum and WELL – which not only guarantees that they comply with the highest sustainability and energy efficiency standards, but also that the entire space has been designed with the health and wellbeing of its occupants as the top priority.
