The residential complex, designed by Marcio Kogan and his Studio MK27 practice, comprises three buildings located in Prosperidad, a trendy, lively district that is currently undergoing an upgrade. The properties range from one to four bedrooms, with different options with regard to size and configuration – penthouses with roof terraces, ground floors on one or two levels with gardens, and apartments.
In this project, the Brazilian architect’s obsession with light reaches its zenith: all the rooms in every property have an exterior exposure. Furthermore, special care has been taken with the acoustic and thermal insulation in all of the construction solutions, meaning that each interior space is exceptionally energy-efficient, quiet and peaceful.
The development, monitored 24 hours a day, welcomes you with a spacious lobby of 180 sqm with views over the landscaped areas. Behind the reception area there is a large lounge with an open fireplace, library, a seating area with sofas, a television, and work desks with internet access.
The heating, air-conditioning and hot water systems are centralized for the whole building, with a combination of systems that are the most efficient and eco-friendly on the market – a heat pump system for geothermal heating and a photovoltaic system for generating electricity. CALEDONIAN JAVIER FERRERO essentially produces its own energy for everyday use.
The installations feature the most cutting-edge technologies: biometric fingerprint scanning in the communal areas and the apartments, optical and thermal cameras on the perimeter with movement sensors in the walls, and access controls in the car park and pedestrian entrance.
The 350 sqm spa includes all the services and amenities you need to switch off from the daily grind.
